At LabGrownDiamJewel, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care to craft each piece with precision and love, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, certificates (e.g., IGI), and packaging must be intact.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

    Return is not eligible for:
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items modified or resized at your request
  • Final sale or discounted products
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

Return Process

  1. Email us at labgrowndiamjewel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval using a trackable courier.
  4. Upon inspection, we will confirm your refund via email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item passes our inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  • We do not refund shipping charges (if any) unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order for the replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After production or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
