How Do You Price Match?


It’s simple! If you find a comparable lab-grown diamond at a lower price from another authorized U.S. retailer, just follow these steps:

1. Take a screenshot or copy the link of the competitor’s product showing the price, diamond specs, and availability.

2. Email us at [your@email.com] with the details — include:

  • The competitor’s product link
  • Your selected diamond or product from Lab Grown Diam Jewel
  • Your full name and contact info

3. Our team will verify the offer and respond within 24–48 hours with a confirmation or additional questions if needed.

At Lab Grown Diam Jewel, we’re committed to giving you the best value on premium lab-grown diamonds. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to qualifying loose lab-grown diamonds only and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • loose lab-grown diamond, not a finished jewelry piece.
  • identical in specifications: carat, cut, color, clarity, shape, and certification.
  • reputable, authorized U.S. retailer (no marketplaces or resellers like eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
  • in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website.
  • publicly visible and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

Timeframe:

  • prior to purchase or within 24 hours of placing your order.

Exclusions:

  • not apply to custom pieces, mountings, finished jewelry, promotions, bundle offers, or coupons.
